Causeway Pond

Small man made pond on the cricket green. No running water source. Very small riperian zone. Around the pond it's more natural than the rest of the green. The shoreline has been propped up by boards and they've built nesting houses in the middle for the various water birds and ducks that live here.

Lots of ducks and other birds chilling. It's been super hot the past few days, so pond temperature is warm!
Sunny at this point, but had rained earlier in the day. Lots of ducks just chilling out. Very peaceful!
Need to find out what type of duck/goose this is!
Quite a few ducks. Mostly mallard, but also about 6 smaller ducks and this big beast of a bird! Anyone know what he is?
