Notes

We arrived at high tide and within 30 minutes the tide had dropped 3 feet.

It was sunny with broken cloud, very warm and calm, a light wind from the NE.

It had not rained for at least 48 hours.

The Sea Grass was plentiful growing in the lower inter-tidal region

The Sea Weed was growing in the upper inter-tidal region.
